At the Flamingo Waterpark Resort, we're all about making your experience the best possible. Scan through the frequently asked questions below, and if there's any doubt, feel free to contact our dedicated team.

  • Our shuttle service is complementary to Magic Kingdom! The shuttle leaves the hotel daily at 9 a.m. and returns back to the hotel at 9 p.m. We also have special rates for shuttle services to the other theme parks.
  • We are not charging for receiving packages, guest is responsible for any damages or returned items. The hotel allows no more than 5 packages and no more the 50 pounds, we do not have an actual storage for packages.
  • The pool, kiddie pool, lazy river and of course, jacuzzi are heated
  • We do not directly sell tickets, but you can purchase them online using the computer available to guests in our business center, or by connecting to Wi-Fi at the resort.
  • No. You will need to use a credit or debit card for the deposit, but you can pay your room balance with cash upon arrival to the resort.
  • No, we are not pet-friendly.
  • 4 per room are distributed. Extra or replacement wristbands are available for purchase at $15 per wristband.
